The current pandemic has placed additional stress on the health and human service fields, especially professionals on the "front line" serving individuals and families, while managing their own personal pandemic-related stress.

This highly participatory session, presented by Iowa ACEs 360 Director Lisa Cushatt, will focus on psycho-education of the pandemic and how this impacts our direct-service staff and the families they serve. Participants will engage in discussion and identify supervision strategies to support their team members now and in the future. 

This small-group learning session is specifically geared toward organizational leadership and supervisors with responsibility for team members providing direct community services. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in future community of practice discussions with their peers over the next few months.
